We arrived in Sierra Nevada in 2011 with Campobase, our first hospitality business in the Granada ski resort, located in the Plaza de Andalucía. We focused on traditional cuisine with dishes from the various Spanish regions where we had lived. Our motto was always to work with the best product on the market and offer close and personalized attention. In this way we manage to make ourselves known.

4 años más tarde nos trasladamos a la galería del Montblanc con El Campo Base de la Sierra, dándole a nuestros platos un toque más actual y buscando en algunos de ellos una cierta fusión con las cocinas del mundo de aquellos países que visitábamos.

At the same time we started another project in the middle part of the station, El Club de la Montaña, a rock & blues bar with a lot of personality focused on quality fast food.

After 8 years in Sierra Nevada we were able to make our dream come true, acquiring one of the most emblematic premises of the Station, the “Pourquoi Pas”, where we have been since 2017 with Vivac.

As a result of these years of work, sacrifice, continuous learning and mistakes and successes, VIVAC is now a reality. It is the result of our progress and evolution, it is the story of our life and the reward for our passion for cooking. We want to share it with all the clients and friends who have followed us for years and with the new ones who want to live this experience and this journey with us.
